But super catchy tunes and played with a fuzzy psychness and lots of gritty, gitty venom somost excellent then… MeMe Detroit- Female fronted grunge rock. A distillation of Nirvana and early P.J Harvey, sharp incisive tunes and a convincing lead vocal. Beautiful Big Fat Mess- Excellent blend of ballsy, grooving rocknroll and something decidely more contemplative and Radiohead shaped. Greg Larkin- some really really brilliant playing on show here…. very different from your typical acoustic guitar player, virtuoso style. really intriguing. no vocals…a UK 16 John Fahey perhaps? Electric Eric- Essex alt/punk band playing fast ass punk ramalama with American commercial sensibility (Green Day etc) …Some very impressive wig out guitar soloing…
