Neon Animal + The Running Guns + Stone Doves + Dream Herbs

Neon Animal- loose limbed Jagger swagger and New York Dolls type raunch hooks up with punk rock tendencies and a mere modicum of indie swank a la early Suede. Great rocknroll happening.  The Running Guns-Hooky garage rock really solid tunes played with conviction, nods to classic Nuggets bands like Standells and Chocolate Watch Band, but with a dash of something more contemporary..Stone Doves-.Jaunty indie pop with lots of Beatlesey harmonizing and melodic hooks that fall somewhere between X.T.C and E.l.O quite a unique sound really, Dream Herbs-Psychedelic blues soaked stonernoise- rock with wailing  Hendrix-esque guitar, band pull out all the stops live a compelling and dynamic performance , shades of the Melvins but also Blue Cheer and Stooges at their most wayward, great stuff
