Gig Description

Puppets To The Supreme Commander- a fine and fiery five piece dealing out pulsating pop-noire with an undertow of hooky alt rock. Drummer Ed Graham he of The Darkness has joined forces with Angus Duprey once of Goid, and lo there shall be happenings. Bird-Female solo artist with a bright alternopop sound embracing a late Siouxsie Sue meets Kate Bush pop appeal and some nice instrumentation/feel to the tunes, which are pop friendly but intelligent. Beat boxing and swish keyboards…she could almost be an artnik Ellie Goulding. Shades of Plato– Prog-folk infused goth tinged pop, with flute up-front, but not in a Jethro Tull sense an artfull and compelling sound, decent tunes too Koprina- Compelling alt-rock , with good use of light n shade, intricately melodic and at the same time a little off kilter a-la early Pavement juxstaposed with stabs of  Dinosaur Jnr overdriven guitar
