ROCK - A Paranoid King + The Squibs + Oakman + Green Eyed Monster at The Fiddler's Elbow promotional image

Every night is a party night at The Fidds! Great bands, great beer, great times! 7.30pm start for another round of brilliant live music!

☁ OAKMAN (pop punk - FR)
OAKMAN is Marine (vocals/guitar) and two brothers : Gérémia (bass) and Jesse (drums). They come from the north of Lyon, France, near the great lakes, between Fargo and Twin Peaks ! Their music is pop/punk, which means they make the walls tremble but with a touch of romanticism. They love Basement, Citizen, Manchester Orchestra, the Wonder Years. Marine writes and sings in English, about human relationships, things left unsaid, love, nature and - in the end - hope.
Emotion springs from the loudness, from Marine's voice too, rageous or delicate, from this constant contrast between aggressivity and harmony.
