JON GREGORY
Jon Gregory is one of the UK’s most renowned film editors. He has worked with Mike Leigh on seven feature films, such as PETERLOO. Others include SECRETS AND LIES, MR TURNER, NAKED and LIFE IS SWEET. He was Oscar and BAFTA nominated for the acclaimed THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI, directed by Martin McDonagh. Jon also worked with him on IN BRUGE. Other films that he edited include DONNIE BRASCO, starring Al Pacino and Johnny Depp, THE ROAD and FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL. He also edited the acclaimed 1989 Channel 4 series TRAFFIK.
KATE RHODES JAMES
Kate Rhodes James played a significant part behind the scenes of some of the most popular television drama series’ in recent years. She is the casting director of the hugely successful BODYGUARD and LINE OF DUTY, both created and written by Jed Mercurio. Prior to those, she was the casting director of SHERLOCK, also THE MISSING, RIPPER STREET and other popular shows. Kate’s early career saw her assisting with casting on James Bond films and THE YOUNG INDIANA JONES CHRONICLES. Her fairly recent work includes A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES and REQUIEM. This will be a fascinating interview, regarding a rather undervalued part of film and television.
