Sister Mercedes- began as the altere ego of Darren Van Asten (guitar and vocals). It has since grown three more heads: John Devolle (lead guitar), Dominic Pettit (drums) and Rafael Curita (bass).John & Darren played in Junkbox together before and John has played in various other bands including The Intolerable Kidd & Friends and The Lonesome Cowboys from Hell. They live in London.Junkyard choir-Stomping fuzzed up garage blues duo with a subtle post punk element that sets them apart from mere Black Keys copyists. Impassioned playing and strong tunes Princip- swaggering pop rock which is actually quite hard to pigeonhole, it’s pretty commercial but at the same time quite edgy, Kaiser Chiefs could be an influence, great boisterous stuff anyhow
