'North Americans Come!..' + Resonance + Trash Hawks + Thadeus Gonzalez

North American’s Come! Resonance-Trio from San Fransisco via London doing stripped down snappy blues rock with a soupcon of funk, bit of a Lenny Kravitz vibe in places. Trash Hawks-  Canadian slacker psych pop- joyful and uplifting it is too like a kind of Pavement/Monkees hybrid if you can picture that- maybe more Lovin’ Spoonful than Monkees actually…anyway take a lot of post grunge/alt pop reference points but very much do their own slipperly, slink slightly sleazy adult pop with em…puts me in mind of The Undertones circa PositiveTouch too which is a great place to be. Excellent! The debut EP Piña Piñata Colada has been steadily building recognition for their brand  and are over in the UK to perform at The Great Escape and FOCUS Wales . Thadeus Gonzalez -Oakland-based singer/songwriter Thadeus Gonzalez has earned international critical acclaim, and has been called “a front man to watch” with “an arena looking and sounding attitude.” A credible songwriter and guitar player, Thadeus released his well-received debut solo record, Utopian Society in 2014. His second solo record, Silver Inside, was released in January 2018. The title single earned national radio and video play. Thadeus has opened for KISS, Motley Crue, Slash, and Bon Jovi.
