Hope you're ready for some psych rock goodness, because boy oh BOY are we bringing you a whole ton.

Kicking off the line up announcement for Spooky Kid 3, we're incredibly pumped to be bringing the junkadelic, psych-rock sweethearts of the Norwich music scene, Gladboy, down to headline for us!

Crashing into the Norwich music scene after forming at soon-to-be-demolished UEA student digs, misfits Gladboy started out as a loud, energetic trio bringing their lo-fi, garage noise with a doo-wop edge to venues all across the city, before adding a tambourine and synth to become the five-piece psychedelia-with-an-edge group that
has cemented their place as one of Norwich’s most intriguing upcoming bands. The band’s live shows have created a buzz in the city, with performances that range from theatrical, blistering cacophonies of noise, to gigs that demand whole audiences sit down. Egopushin’, the band’s debut 5-track EP, takes their sound to new places, with the title-track and standout album track Sauer Kraut– though choosing a standout is almost impossible when each and every track is so different from the next and of such a high standard - delving into psychedelia that King Gizzard and The Lizard
Wizard or Thee Oh Sees would be jealous of, before wading into dreamy, Britpop-y whimsy reminiscent of their earlier releases on Who Loves You, Mrs Parson’s.

Support will be coming from the tastiest and noisiest devils in town, Big John's Hot Soup. Blending together delicious silky smooth sleaze with a plentiful dollop of unadulterated noise, these boys will be serving up a steaming hot plate of the best fuzzy psychedelia around. For fans of: if The Fall and The Cramps had an illegitimate child who was sent to the woods to be raised by Thee Oh Sees and become the new Prince of Psychedelia.
