Profile :
Yu Sakai is a singer-songwriter based in Tokyo.
He has a powerful piano playing technique that is hard to imagine coming from such a small physique, and his beautiful voice holds the hearts of Japanese fans.
In recent years, he has moved his production bases to locations outside of Japan including New York and Los Angeles, and on this visit he plans to record a session with a famous producer.
He is influenced by J-Pop, Soul, R & B, Funk, Jazz, HipHop, and his live performance has been very well received.
