K-X-P are some of Finland's most consistent yet ever-evolving alternative artists, and Bad Vibrations is delighted to welcome them to The Shacklewell Arms on Friday 18th October.
Main collaborators Timo Kaukolampi and Tomi Leppänen have now been playing together for over a decade, and their ever-ceasing desire to move forward and explore new worlds has seen them hurtling forward into new realms of minimal techno, icy synths and brooding atmospheres.
Their live shows are a potent and unforgettable force with raw energy and sonic vigour that never fails to deliver. Their most recent album, IV, is "about depth of time, non-linear time and escapism” and “a pure piece of transparent bright futurism - a mix of raw power, cosmic disco, modern classical and rave anthems.”
