Sister Suzie And The Right Band – The Right Guys play rootsy rocknroll and rnb with badass blarting sax and you get a raw and powerful vocal from the petite but powerful Suzie….a goodly rough hewn feel,  punky in it’s rawness but kinda retro with contemporary touches…and although you’d put this more in the Brenda Lee via Wanda Jackson ballpark she sounds not unlike Poly Styrene actually, similar sassy voice. Rendacium – excellent young modernist rocknroll band out of Sheffield. Bags of energy and fab tunes played with reet proper oomph.
