Halloween Hardcore // Splitknuckle // Gutter Knife + MORE

Doors:

New River Studios

199 Eade Road N4 1DN London

Gig Description

HALLOWEEN HARDCORE HAVOC 31.10.2019

A slamming night of cover sets from the absolute all stars of UK hardcore. Expect some deep cuts for those hardcore homework nerds and some classics for the rest of us. Fancy dress is not mandatory but very much encouraged! See you there.

SPLITKNUCKLE

Imagine the finest, most expertly crafted beatdowns sculpted by those whom have been meticulously picked from the gene pool of apex predator Essex hardcore. Sprinkle on some machete sharpening sound effects and you have Splitknuckle. Expect brother band Beer Money to share a split set containing highly sus covers.

GUTTER KNIFE

If you've seen this band, you will know they are fronted by a blonde garden gnome who comes to life when any 4 Skins song is played backwards three times in his presence. Expect covers from NYHC a la early 80s.

LAWFUL KILLING

The boys are back. Expect borderline sketchy covers from the original punjabi skins.

MASTERMIND

No idea how these boys make it back from Croydon alive every time they venture North to play a gig. Expect highlights from the golden era of New York hardcore. Warning, you will need to go college and get nollege for this set.

LAST GANG IN TOWN

UK hardcore superstar line up playing a cover set of the almighty Clash. Throw in some other '77 covers and you have Last Gang In Town. Singalongs are mandatory. Do not miss.

FLACCID

After a belter of a performance (that I quote from the singer of Payday 'unlocked the third eye') from the End of Summer show, these psychedelic nutters are back with a cover set of who knows what.
