Sleight of Hand Music are proud to be hosting Komatsu for the London leg of their European tour!
Komatsu are a super-massive rock band from Eindhoven, the rock capital of the Netherlands. Their music is a brutal mixture of sludge, stoner rock and metal.
Their first full length album "Manu Armata" was released in February 2013 and was instantly well received by the international press. It received rave reviews and Komatsu’s musical style was compared to bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Torche, Mastodon, Monster Magnet and Karma to Burn.
In 2014 Komatsu went on tour with none other than John Garcia of Kyuss fame and played 32 shows in 13 European countries. In the summer of 2015 Komatsu recorded their second full-length album ’Recipe for Murder One’ and toured Europe again for 3 weeks with Nick Oliveri’s Mondo Generator later in the year.
Over the years they have steadily grown and supported Truckfighters, Karma to Burn, The Sword, Red Fang, Clutch, Nashville Pussy, High on Fire, Corrosion of Conformity, Baroness and QOTSA.
Support comes from
Gnarly, big riffing, high energy stoner rock from London. They take retro blues rock, make it filthy and down tuned and get an actual mad man to sing over it.
Fissure of Riddles
Melodic Riff conjurers from the South Coast, combining elements of Death, Sludge and Post-Metal.
Horrible stoner metal noise from London.
