Chez Ali
Chez Ali is the brainchild of Stockholm musician and Steve Buscemi's Dreamy Eyes member Elias Mahfoud. Debut EP 'Buenas Noches Club' was released late 2018, a showcase of Elias' wide spectrum of soulful indie pop gems, equally influenced by indie greats such as Pavement or King Krule as soulful R&B icons as D'Angelo.
Chez Ali has been hailed by Pigeons & Planes, The 405, CLASH, Highsnobiety and more, with praise such as ”your new favorite artist”, ”a potent, highly individual voice” and ”if Mac DeMarco was attractive in a non-gross way”. Currently working on new material, Elias and his band will be ready to showcasing some of it at Sebright Arms in London.

Uppsala quintet Cat Princess formed at a New Year's party and debuted only days after playing at guitarist Robin's birthday party. Singer Nils joined the gang after the band heard him sing that same night. Just as spontaneous as the band's birth are their music and live shows.
2019 debut album Forbidden Items show every side and aspect of the always renewing Cat Princess. It’s an eclectic art rock mix put together by the bands' influences spanning from 80s new wave to contemporary greats. A sound that's been hailed by The Line of Best Fit, Dork, Amazing Radio and 700 thrilled new wave oldsters when they opened for OMD at a sold out Stockholm show."
