Jackals – high energy supercharged pop-neo soul concoction with a funky, frantic feel that makes for dancing feet for sure. Now we’ll into their 12 months if Dublin Castle residency status and always making new friends and impressing with their joie de vive and effortless, high energy infectious grooves. Superb. Novacaine – Low key minor chords and lightly jangled guitars with a sweet toned Celtic folk cum intimate scally pop vocal. Really good work. Think I Am Kloot, The Clientele… Excellent songs, emotionally wrought. Formerly Pantha. The Raven Chords – beautifully juxtaposing male and female vocals, a neo country grunge vibe with beautiful dusky dark corners. Think Mark Lanegan and Isabel Campbell and the like. Lush. Stone Soup – cracking psych tinged hard rock – early Thin Lizzy, but also a rocked up Jethro Tull or Family…some prog touches but full on rocking…great dual guitars and a nice gnarly vocal. Hail from Farnborough, Hampshire.., ‘Blues Brothers meets metal. Their sound blew my mind’ – Moshville Times
