AIMING + The Ancient Unknown 7pm - 9pm at The Fiddler's Elbow promotional image

Two great bands to kick off the weekend. Early start at 7pm.

New club night takes over at 9pm - 2am - Stay and enjoy!!

AIMING is the work of York-based trio David Cantello, Jordan Maher and Laurie Armitt. Formed in 2023, they draw on a love of shoegaze, post-punk and ambient music to create songs filled with driving bass lines, fuzzy electronic soundscapes and ethereal guitars.
The band have released three singles to-date (the first of which was featured on Tom Robinson's 6 Music Introducing mixtape), with an EP set for release later in the year.

They plan to spend 2024 playing to as many people in as many dark rooms across the UK as possible.

The Ancient Unknown are a band of inter-dimensional scoundrels whom currently reside in London, Earth.

Through their travels in the ether they have melded together genres of music from different eras into a fusion rock troop that defies easy categorisation.

Backed by Mitch (AKA Triple M)on drums and Snoring Shane on bass

they are Shagga from the Nest Nebula on the keys, Jordan Drivers of planet thundermist on guitar, and Spin of Cephalopoda on vox and guitar.
