Wicca + Bloody Bollocks + Deft Left Hand + Stray Native

Wicca-Serious searing shredding…I mean the guitarist is one mean metal mutha and is on fire with the ferocious take on Eddie Van Halen histrionics. Impressive stuff. The songs aren’t out and out metal oddly. Some full on proggy keys in here too. Who to compare this to?! Mars Volta go metal?? Utopia…go metal… Ace Hard rock with whispered vox and psychedelia. Bloody Bollocks – and now for something completely different, but still right up our Strasse. Spiritual Khristmas brothers to The Kunts perhaps, expect an incisive set of Satirical, Comical punk rock, as evinced by their rather wonderful album on Bandcamp, Now That’s What I Call Bollocks. Superb. Deft Left Hand  -part nineties flavoured indie rock part wanna be schlocky punk with a female singer full of attitude…think Blondie, Sleeper, Transmission Vamp. Can also get on an 1980s indie jangly tip, that even gets a tad folky. Promising stuff.
