AARON LEE TASJAN (Nashville, TN)
Aaron Lee Tasjan is an acclaimed recording artist, live performer, and Grammy-nominated songwriter. Tasjan has released four full-length albums to rave reviews as well as appearances on Conan O'Brien, and Bluegrass Underground on PBS. Songs from those albums have received sync placements on Turner Classic Movies, Justified Primeval, The Ranch, Nashville, and more. In 2017, Tasjan was nominated for Emerging Artist of the Year by the Americana Music Association, and was nominated for International Album of the Year by the Americana UK Awards in 2022 for his album Tasjan! Tasjan! Tasjan!
Additionally, he has also composed music for hit shows like Archer and movies such as The Hereafter (Christina Ricci) and Staring At The Sun, the latter of which Tasjan won Best Film Score at the Festigious Film Festival in 2018.
As a solo artist, Tasjan has headlined extensive tours in the United States, the UK, and Europe. Tasjan and his band have also toured with Jason Isbell, Marcus King, Sheryl Crow, Cheap Trick, Social Distortion, The Indigo Girls, and Todd Snider. He has also appeared at festivals such as Bonaroo, Newport Folk Festival, Forecastle, Pilgrimage, and Roskilde.
