Slo County Stumblers

The SLO County Stumblers are an energetic American string band from California’s Central Coast. Formed in 2018, the band features fiddler Casy Meikle, guitarist David Baine, banjo player Daniel Bohlman, and bass player Jerry James. Their music draws heavily from the golden-era string bands of the 1920s and ’30s, delivering hard-driving fiddle tunes and spirited songs. Their performances are known for humorous stories and engaging banter, ensuring lively dance floors.

In their relatively short time together, the Stumblers have performed at various folk and bluegrass festivals, square dances, and old-time fiddler’s conventions. They also host the annual Pozo Oldtime Music Gathering. Each member contributes uniquely, sharing their passion for traditional music and craftsmanship.

Their album “All the Good Times,” released in July 2020, showcases their dedication to old-time music traditions.
