The Vovos + Gaydar + RedEye + DJ Fuzz

The Vovos – Bugbear and The Dublin Castle proudly present the UK debut of The Vovos, a 5-piece known and loved for their punk attitude and DIY ethos. Their music is a perfect combination of bold, assertive and loud. Similar to the sounds of The Pill and Lambrini Girls, out on tour in the UK with a New EP out in August. Think rrriot grrrrl vibes with a nice bit of Buzzcocks punky pop and Fuzzbox indieness. Gaydar – 3 piece queer punk band from Newcastle, rocking a similar vibe to Anarchistwood but maybe a tad more street punk and nastier, with lots of full frontal noise and righteous anger- they mean it maaaan (womaaaan/theeeeey )  – pretty fucking ace. RedEye – slowmo alt rock moves with garage rock guitars via psychedelic passages,  portentous vocals and light n shade. Not afraid of a jazz chord! “We are an ‘art grunge’ 4-piece” – yep!
