Gig Description

Dan O’Farrell & the Difference Engine – former Accrington Stanley frontman Dan now fronts this marvellous alt-folk/country/indie combo from Southampton who have just released their fourth album – ‘The Fish That Learned To Drown‘ on Gare Du Nord Records, which has had some glowing reviews and is picking up some BBC 6music radio spins. Oh, a certain well known consumer rights TV presenter also performs in this band. No, not Dom Littlewood, he is of course in an Oi band. avery – Effortless song craft. Melancholy Country Pop – “an ethereal ghostly western sound.” This rising indie musician based in London, originally from the US has been growing a steady fanbase in the UK for the past 5 years as a solo performer and now has an excellent full band.  Inspired by artists such as Lizzie McAlpine and Boy Genius, her vibe is, as she would describe “sad songs”.
