The first World Cup 2026 semi final, screened in our King’s Cross basement venue on the big screen and potentially upstairs in the main bar depending on who is playing. Tuesday night, 8pm UK time. Air conditioned, theatre style seating, proper sound system, cold pints from £5 from the bar upstairs.
Semi finals are the matches that define a tournament. This is the semi final England would reach if they finish second in Group L and they won all their subsequent knockout games.
The side of the bracket feeding into this semi final is loaded with familiar names. Heavyweight teams that could realistically reach this match are Brazil, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, USA, Belgium and Portugal. Germany have looked the most convincing of those so far with a 7 to 1 win over Curaçao, while Brazil, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and Portugal all dropped points in their openers and have ground to make up. USA had a positive start beating Paraguay. We will update this page once the knockout fixtures are confirmed.
Booking and deposit
We take a £5 per person deposit to confirm your booking, non refundable but applied against your first drink when you arrive. So you are not paying anything extra, just locking in your seat. This helps us manage capacity for the screenings and means we know what to expect on the night.
Semi finals fill up fast, especially if England are involved.
