World Cup 2026 Final

The Harrison

28 Harrison St. WC1H 8JF London

Gig Description

The 2026 FIFA World Cup Final, screened in our King’s Cross basement venue on the big screen and in the main bar if it is a popular fixture. Sunday night, 8pm UK time. Air conditioned, theatre style seating downstairs, proper sound system, cold pints from £5 from the bar upstairs.

The biggest match of the four year cycle. Two teams left, ninety minutes (or one hundred and twenty, or penalties) to decide who lifts the trophy at MetLife Stadium in New York / New Jersey. By the time kick off arrives, the tournament has produced its champions of the group stage, its surprise stories, its heartbreaks, and now the last two sides take the field. Whoever is playing, this is the match the whole world watches.

For England fans, this would be a first World Cup Final since 1966, the year England won their only major men’s trophy. Sixty years of waiting. The opener against Croatia (4 to 2 in Dallas, with goals from Kane, Bellingham and Rashford) was the kind of statement performance that suggests this could be different. But there is a long way to go between an opening win and lifting the trophy in New Jersey.

For everyone else, this is just the World Cup Final. Two of the best teams on the planet, the climax of the biggest sporting event in the world, and a Sunday evening kick off at 8pm UK time. Sunday Roast served from 12:00pm – 9:30pm, drinks during, and somewhere to be after the final whistle whichever way it goes.

The basement is set up as a screening room for the Final. Around 50 theatre style seats, big screen, proper sound system, air conditioning. We will also screen the final in the main bar upstairs will if England are playing or there is enough people wanting to watch the game.

Food can be ordered from the main pub menu. Sharing platters work well for groups settling in for the night. Pints from £5, independent taps, Guinness, Staropramen, cask ales, vegan wine, and cocktails not from a gun.

Booking is essential. The Final fills up first of all the matches, and we expect tables to be reserved well in advance.

We take a £5 per person deposit to confirm your booking for the Final, non refundable but applied against your first drink when you arrive. So you are not paying anything extra, just locking in your spot for the biggest match of the year.
