Meanwhile, ‘Scratcher’s nifty sounds and samples have a Sleaford Mods-do-hip-hop vibe and ’Super Vegetable’ recalls PiL’s collaboration with Leftfield. And a WORLD OF TWIST fan’s delight to we’ll warrant. The Raven Chords –  magnificently mournful  Grunge/Americana rocking joint Boy/girl vocals with a Mark Lanegan via a grunged up Giant Sand vibe. Feast Of The Half Kings- Hyperactive rock three-piece, ‘Feast of the Half-Kings’, brings energy, romance and chaos to the table, alongside their own brew of hectic noise. Daddy Those Men Scare Me – our very favourite suburban punk pop ironists go way back to the early days of Bugbear- and now they’ve written a few new songs too! Then again why mess with a set list full of quality witty items like ‘Mass Consumption’, ‘Magic Mushroom Man’ and ‘Teenagers’ (Cunts!)…wonderful.
