Ayo Bamidele is a singer songwriter that has often been compared to artists such as the late Richie Havens, Terry Callier, Nina Simone and Bill Withers. His music covers life’s loves, joys and challenges. He writes songs of social concern and matters of the heart. Melody Makers described it as “music for grown ups”. He has a distinctive soulful voice and an innovative self taught guitar style. He has released 19 solo albums to date.
