The Bogards + Portrait Generation + Than

The Bogards – excellent young Camden indie rock band with influences from Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes, but maybe also a bit of that Sam Fender Brit Springsteen passion and vibe. Anyway, great stuff. Soaring, ear worm tunes set for future proofing. Portrait Generation – Female fronted new wave infused  alt rock outfit, with hooky guitar lines and a sort of laid back Pretenders via R.E.M vibe to the tunes, good stuff. Than –  featuring people who know a thing or too about playing in a hardcore informed also post punk informed garagebilly band… a fantastic hot off the block band in the same ballpark. Attitude, and righteous rhythm.
